Well for Living hosts the East Midlands African HIV Partnership. The organisations listed below have come together to raise awareness of HIV in the African Communities in the East Midlands.

The work we deliver is supported by the HIV Prevention England (HPE) through the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) and funded by the Department of Health.  Each local area has its own programme of work relating to local needs.

Our work aims to promote HIV knowledge, and the will and power to ensure greater HIV awareness and prevention practices are in place, including HIV testing to encourage people to know their status.

Our programmes include events and group work, discussion, 1-2-1 support and HIV testing.  We also supporting and inform community leaders to be HIV testers to help increase local knowledge surrounding HIV.
